  I'm sure this location gets alot of travelers, but that's no excuse for the DIRTY store! Sweep the floor. Not to mention that the girl working the front saw us walk up to the counter and she proceeded to walk back and start talking to the line cooks about her plans for that night. The guy working the drive thru window was busy, but finally came over and took our order. I won't be visiting this location again, amd I highly advise going elsewhere. You would do better to eat gas station snacks if you stop at this exit.

  This BK definitely needs some supervision and customer service. First the girl who took our order must have been on drugs of some kind. She couldn't remember our order and didn't offer to tell us they were out of whopper patties. When we went to pick up the order she wanted to know what we wanted and made my husband repeat the whole order over then giggled to say oh there it is THEN when we went to eat, it had 2 small child burgers on it. My husband went back to the counter and another girl said oh we are out and that is the same amount of meat..NO WAY it didn't even cover half the bread and was so thin that the cheese was thicker than the hamburger. So they giggled some more and was mocking the drive thru people as well. Very poor customer service. Mean while manager Tom Gomez was allowing this kind of service and allowing his staff to mock and laugh at customers and showing no supervision in apologizing for the conduct and lack of professional curiosity from his employees. Training needs to be a priority here and for heavens sake if your going to serve the food then by all means order it so the customers can at least enjoy what they are paying for!!!

  Where do I start? I went thru the drive thru and placed my order. A number 1 meal large with onion rings. The screen at the drive thru showed what I had ordered. I paid and the receipt showed my order correctly. I get on the highway open my bag and I find small fries that are cold and a even colder Whopper with a cold slice of cheese. The only thing that they got right was my drink. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
