  How to clean my own table, had not been wiped clean. There were several dirty tables and the dining room needed a general cleaning. My fries were only warm and not fresh and the bun was not toasted. Lot of Staff standing around talking instead of cleaning. But they were very pleasant and nice.

  Got here had trouble finding a seat. Because they were dirty I had to clean my own table the good the Reuben was so so the loaded Italian was ok but loaded curly fries the cheese wasn't melted the bacon wasn't shredded and little ranch dressing so they had to remake order# 589 so the overall not good

  Standard Arbys. Food was good, hot, fresh, employees seemed fine. Dining room was a bit dirty, ketchup was empty, drink station was dirty, trash was overflowing.

  Worst experience ever. Levy, the employee working the drive thru, was very rude from beginning to end. He couldn't seem understand anything we were saying. Simple order: two fish combos with a diet coke and Sprite. We received two diet cokes
  .. no big deal so we kept it. Shoved our bag at us with not so much as a "thank you", "come again" or "have a good day". When we asked for our fries he rolled his eyes and said "the two for five fish sandwich es don't come with fries" and shut the window. We pulled out our receipt, which showed the combo order, and he almost had a hissy fit. Came back with the fries (which were cold) and rudely handed them over. I suggest you get someone else with more manners and a better deminor to work your drive thru. Hopefully, it was just an off day for him and he doesn't treat all customers with such disrespect.
